Concept design and planning application for a 50,000 sq ft industrial unit, complemented by a spacious logistics yard. Our flexible building design accommodates a diverse range of occupants, from production facilities to last-mile delivery services. The project also includes associated office buildings, with a design goal of achieving BREEAM Very Good certification, offering a unique standard within the established industrial estate. This development is situated on a highly constrained site, bordered by the River Lee, overhead power lines, existing industrial process buildings, and ecological features, which presents both challenges and opportunities for innovative design solutions.
