										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Russell has always been passionate about design and architecture. He began his studies at the University of Portsmouth in 2003 and became a Chartered Architect in 2013. Throughout his academic journey, he gained practical experience by working with architectural firms across the country before settling in the East Midlands in 2009. This hands-on experience has been instrumental in shaping his career, allowing him to work on a diverse range of projects at various scales.</p>
<p>Since joining the Sigma team, Russell has continued to refine and expand his expertise, leveraging his broad experience to support clients in achieving their goals. He has a keen interest in integrating emerging technologies into the architectural design process, with a focus on visual rendering, virtual reality, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).</p>
